Important Vendor Information

Dedicated vendor hall time, which includes networking breaks, vendor social reception, and vendor hall-hosted breakfast.
Vendor pricing includes one company representative; additional reps are $250.
Company logos for the program booklet must be received by Monday, September 30, 2024.
All booth location requests are considered but not guaranteed.
Vendor Booths must be set up by 9:00 am Thursday, October 10, 2024.
Set up Hours Tuesday, October 8th, 5-7 pm & Wednesday, October 9th, 7:00-9:00 am.
All vendors must stay until Thursday at 4:00 pm. Friday is optional. The final tear down is Friday, October 11, after 4:00 pm.
