The Montana State Fire Chiefs’ Association and the Montana State Volunteer Firefighters Association would like to invite ALL Montana Fire Personnel to support the Montana Firefighters License Plate. This license plate was designed with every firefighter in Montana in mind.  We hope that you will show your pride in being part of the Montana Fire Service by purchasing your license plate today.
 
 Who is eligible?
  • ALL Firefighters
  • ALL Chief Officers
  • ALL Fire Service Personnel
  • Volunteer, Career, Wildland, Explorer Groups, Auxilliaries, Fire Boards, Trustees
  • Retired Fire Service Personnel

Submit the Montana Firefighters License Plate Application with an authorized signature from Fire Chief.

If you meet the eligiblity requirements, download the License Plate Application here, or pick one up at your local DMV office.  You may submit your completed application to your local DMV office.  Please remember to have your Fire Chief sign the application or you may show your department ID card to the DMV for verification.
